INTRODUCTION This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how 7Targets AI Assistant (“7Targets,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our websites or use our application. This Policy applies to our websites at https://7Targets.ai, https://7Targets.com or https://solution.7targets.com .
Please read this Policy carefully to understand how we handle information about you. By using our application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that we collect, use, and share information as set forth below.
2. ABOUT THE APPLICATION
7Targets is an AI Assistant that helps followup on emails. Your AI Assistant will write and read emails for the purpose of Followups.
By creating a 7Targets AI assistant for your email accounts, you authorize to send and receive emails in those accounts.
2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect Personal Information from Visitors and Customers via interactive tools and forms located on our Website. Our interactive forms and tools include, but are not limited to, LivePerson Chat and Contact Us. We do not collect, store, or use any Personal Information without an individual’s prior consent. 7Targets only collects, stores, and uses Personal Information in accordance with this policy. Personal Information that may be collected by our company includes the following:
individual names;
company names;
reasons for contacting us;
information regarding Visitors, Customers, and their companies;
addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses;
product and service preferences;
service orders and maintenance requests;
billing and transaction information; and
other information relevant to conducting business with us or becoming a customer of ours.
Personal Information is not collected from individuals unless they consent to provide such information to 7Targets. However, if a Visitor arrives at our website via a search engine, referral tool or forum, certain Personal Information may be transmitted to us by a third party. We will use and store that information, if any is received, in accordance with this policy.
B. OAUTH2 SPECIFIC INFORMATION
To provide better experience, and in order to provide the Service to you as our customers, we may require you to provide us, either directly or indirectly, with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to user name, email and Oauth2 credentials. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

C. Google User Data
If you choose to connect a Gmail account to 7Targets, while creating the Assistant, we will ask you to grant 7Targets application permissions to access your Gmail account. These permissions are necessary to sustain the functionality of our Services. In particular, we will need to access to send emails on your behalf as well to detect replies to emails that have been sent via 7Targets.
Our servers only store emails that you have sent via 7Targets and any responses you have received to those emails so we can detect replies, classify them, and provide access to them in your 7Targets account. All data obtained via Gmail API is available in your 7Targets account.
Also, we will store your authentication token and account email address and name. This data will be securely stored to be used by 7Targets to provide you with the Services (including but not limited to logging into your account, sending emails via the 7Targets platform, accessing emails you sent, and viewing replies you received to these emails). Under no circumstances will this data be voluntarily shared with any third parties; 7Targets could only provide this information to legal authorities upon their lawful request. Should you choose to disconnect your Gmail account or decide to close your account, any information from Google that is stored on our servers will be removed permanently.
At 7Targets, we do not use data obtained from our customers (from their Google accounts) for advertising purposes; this includes personalized, re-targeted, and interest-based advertising.
Our employees, contractors, and any human, in general, are not allowed to access your personal information, including the data obtained via Google API. We could access user data only after obtaining the user’s affirmative agreement. We may need access to the user data to resolve a support issue, provide advice on service usage or provide any other help, requested by the user. Also, we can access such information when/if necessary for a security investigation or comply with applicable laws.
D. Disclosure regarding information received from Google APIs
7Targets use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
C. OTHER INFORMATION
7Targets also collects standard information from Visitors using automated tools. These automated tools collect information such as a Visitor’s browser type and language, Internet service provider, Internet protocol (IP) address, access dates and times, Web pages viewed, search information, and other similar statistics. The automated tools used by us to collect this information include, without limitation, Web beacons, cookies, embedded Web links and other commonly used information-gathering tools.
A Web beacon is an invisible file located on a Web page that is used to track a visitor’s navigation of a Website. The Web beacon may communicate with your computer to determine, among other things, whether you have been to a page on our Website before or viewed a particular online advertisement.
A cookie is a small data file saved on your computer by a Website that you visit. 7Targets uses cookies to identify return visitors to its Website. You do not need to enable cookies in your browser to visit our Website.

If you click on an embedded link, we may collect information about the interaction that follows, and this information could be connected to your identity. If you do not want us to collect information about the links you click, you can opt to receive text-based emails or you can choose not to click links in an email from 7Targets.
3. USING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we collect is used to provide services to Customers, improve Visitor’s experience on this Website, configure marketing and outreach programs, compile anonymous statistics for the purpose of improving the Website, track the number of times advertisements and emails are viewed, correspond with potential new customers (subject to their consent), and update services on a periodic basis.
4. EXTERNAL LINKS
7Targets includes links to external Websites. Among other things, these links may lead you to white papers, reference articles, agency or authority Websites, press releases, customer Websites, and the Websites of our preferred vendors for offered services. We do not transmit any Visitor information to these sites. We have no control or authority over the privacy policies of any third parties. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any externally linked websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;

- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
6. MINORS
7Targets do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
7. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
7Targets does not collect Personal Information that reveals race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, views or activities, that concerns health or sex life, information about social security benefits, or information on criminal or administrative proceedings and sanctions other than in the context of pending proceedings.
8. LIMITATIONS
7Targets is not responsible for how our Customers handle Personal Information. This policy is limited by applicable legal, regulatory, ethical, or public interest consideration, and as expressly permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose Personal Information reasonably related to the sale or disposition of all or part of its business.
9. SECURITY
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
